We were very pleased to receive funding from our extended school cluster to provide parents and members of the wider community with a 'Community Room' within school. This is a room, at the back of the Upper School hall, available to parents who wish to wait for children whilst they attend an after school club, help their child with their homework whilst at school, meet with other parents to enjoy a chat and a cup of tea or coffee or access a computer and the internet for personal use, such as updating a C.V. It can also be used for meetings, presentations, small clubs or other interests shared by any of our parents.

We will also use this space to help keep our parents informed of support networks and other useful points of access locally and respond to demands by offering informal workshops with outside agencies such as our Parent Support Advisor or the School Nurse. This is space to be used by you, so please let us know what you would find useful and we will do our best to make it happen.

This resource is free at all times and can be booked informally via the school office to avoid any clashes.
