We have had another busy term in Yellow Base, we have continued learning about Traditional Tales and Nursery Rhymes. We have also been enjoying learning about Autumn and most recently Winter!

In second week back after half term we went on a trip to Ockwells Park to look for signs of Autumn, it was an exciting morning and we were given a guided tour around the new play equipment.

We enjoyed writing about our trip when we got back to school.

During our Goldilocks and the Three Bears week, our Teddies came to school for a sleep-over, they were very well behaved. In the morning, we all had breakfast together. Can you guess what we had for breakfast?

All the children had a chance to make a Gingerbread man and decorate him using a plan! Everyone looked carefully at their designs as they decorated their Gingerbread man.

We have all enjoyed the run up to Christmas and have performed in many Nativity performances, we have made Christmas Cards, baubles and calendars for our families too. It has been a very busy but very fun time!

We are all looking forward to meeting the new children and staff in January! The Orange Base classroom is looking very exciting!
