Yellow Base - Term 1
It has been a busy start to the term in Yellow Base, we have all settled in well and made lots of new friends. We are really enjoying learning together and working as a team!

In our first week we had to paint a picture of ourselves in our school uniform, don’t we all look smart!

We are enjoying visiting the chickens every morning and collecting the eggs, normally we have 3 eggs to collect and sometimes they are still warm! We had a very large egg one morning which we decided to crack open… we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw it had two yolks in one egg!
In Yellow Base we like to be out and about as much as possible, we have been going on number walks in our school grounds to find different numbers. Can you guess which number we have been looking for?

This term we are learning about Nursery Rhymes and Traditional Tales.
We have already had lots of fun singing ‘Polly put the Kettle on’. We enjoyed making cups of tea using tea leaves and teas bags. We even tried fruit tea!
Please check back very soon to see some more of our work.
