Hello, welcome to 3O’s class! We have been learning all about light and shadows in Science and Ancient Egypt.

In science, we investigated how shadows moved across our playground during the day. We enjoyed measuring and recording the length of each shadow every hour. We then presented our results in a bar graph.

 

For our Harvest Assembly this term, we explained to the school how the Ancient Egyptians celebrated their harvest. The Pharoah and his Queen certainly enjoyed being fanned by giant palm leaves.

In PE, we have learned how to play tag rugby and enjoyed learning new warm up games including “the Jungle Game” and “Egg and Bacon”.
