We are expecting over 100 mums (!!!!!) to join their children for lunch on Thursday 11^th March.  Please note the change of menu on that day:

BBQ chicken with Chunky Chips Or Creamy Vegetable Pie; Sweetcorn and Carrots followed by Strawberry ice cream with a shortbread biscuit.

Dear Mums

 

Due to the unprecedented response to the Mothers Day Lunch on Thursday 11^th March we have made special arrangements for the day in order to accommodate everyone.

 

The lunchtime will therefore run as follows:

 

Mums with children in Reception and Y1 ONLY should arrive at 12.15 and have lunch in the Lower School hall with their children. 

 

Mums with children in Y2 ONLY should collect their children from Lower School and bring them to the Upper School Hall at 12.00 noon.

 

If you have children in both Lower School AND Upper School, please collect your children from Lower school and bring them to the Upper School hall at 12 noon so that you can have lunch together. 

 

If you have children in Upper School ONLY, please arrive at 12.30 to 12.40 to have lunch with your child.

 

Because of the high number of visitors to the school that day, we would ask you to be patient whilst lunches are served but above all to have a lovely time with your children.

Please remember that there is no parking in St Adrians Close or in the school car park.
